LOKELANI FAQ's
Do you provide beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, pool floats, etc?
Sometimes guests leave these items behind, check the closet for such items. Please use all items left behind by previous
guests at your own risk. There are many places nearby where you can buy/rent these items for affordable prices on a daily/weekly basis. The Snorkel Store is our favorite.
Do you provide pack n' play, rollaway cots, for children or cribs for babies?
No, we don't provide any baby gear. Maui Baby rentals is about a mile away. Just give them a call.
Do you have a washer and dryers?
Yes, it is set in your condo.
Do you have free parking?
Yes, we have one parking spot per condo (this includes our one and two bedroom condos
Do you have oils or spices for cooking?
No, we do not supply these items; we are conscious of cross contamination. We suggest bringing special spices from home.
Do you have kitchen cookware?
Our kitchens come fully stocked, from dishes, glassware, pots and pans and many kitchen utensils, they also have microwaves and coffee makers (bring your own coffee) . We
also have barbeques on property for your use.
We have starter supplies in each condo? What does this mean?
We start you with toilet paper, paper towels, liquid dish soap, trash bags, one sponge, and travel size toiletries.
Do you have beach access?
Yes, there is a small little beach in front of the complex, most of the year although on occasion the surf can be rough and come up to the seawall. Many guests love to snorkel
here and you may even see a Sea Turtle taking a nap on the beach. Please be sure to not disturb them.
Do you offer late check outs or early check ins?
Our housekeeping staff asks us not to offer this ahead of time. You can send a message the same day and we can let you know. Although please plan for a
3:00p.m. check in and 10:00a.m. check out.
Do you offer grocery delivery?
No we do not. I do recommend Demming's Delivery Service.
Are there Grocery stores close by?
Yes, there is Honokowai Farmers Market Health Food Store, ABC Convenience, and Times Supermarket. We suggest stopping at Costco after landing as its close to the
airport.
Can you recommend places to eat and things to do?
I have provided a few suggestions below. But, I highly encourage you to explore Maui on your own. If you arrive at Kahului Airport, there are many free
brochures that suggest places to eat, rent equipment, excursion, etc.
Restaurants/Coffee? Quick bites to eat:
Duke's Beach House, Maui Brewing Co. Dollies, Java Jazz, Ohana Tacos, Honokowai Okazuya, Slappy cakes and Badass coffee.
Snorkeling Spots:
Old airport Beach, Kahekili Park,Black Rock, Honolua, just to name a few.
Whale Watching Cruises:
(November through March) as advertised in many brochures.
